Morris Arboretum wedding

Ok, I know I always say that my couples were the sweetest but let me tell you about these high school sweethearts. I can't even express how absolutely adorable Su & Andy were! Part of their wedding speeches included a story of them on a field trip together, that's how long they've been together. If they aren't a shining example of people who were meant to be, I don't know who is. Haha.

These two combined their Indian/American roots into a beautiful wedding day that equally celebrated their traditions. Su had a stunning bridal henna tattoo (I am such a sucker for henna - it's just so pretty!) along with other beautiful Indian wedding touches that tied in perfectly with their modern aesthetic. Instead of bridesmaid bouquets, Su had her ladies hold paper fans that were such a beautiful addition to the ceremony. She also let the bridesmaid pick their own dresses and all of the patterns worked so well together. I love mismatched bridesmaid dresses. Twig Gardens perfected their color scheme with lots of greens, a touch of white and pops of blue. The florals brought together the other green arched elements throughout. I loved the look of the arched seating charts and event timeline signs. They perfectly complemented the arched table numbers that were a lovely focal piece to each tablescape. It all came together in the tented reception space of Morris Arboretum. These two were just so wonderful to work with. I wish you all the best, Su & Andy!
