The Maas Building wedding

To say I was in heaven at this wedding is an understatement. I have always wanted to shoot at the MAAS building so when Erin told me that she was getting ready at Lokal Hotel, another location on my bucket list, I was thrilled. I cannot express how much the location where you get ready for your wedding affects your photos. With this amazing hotel as the background, I felt like we were shooting in a studio (with dark walls - my favorite) and it was amazing. Future brides, book a bomb hotel or an Airbnb to get ready in. The more natural light, the better. You will NOT regret it! After finishing up her gorgeous hair and makeup we headed over to the MAAS building for a first look in the garden. Does it get any better? The MAAS building, while a very small venue, offers a plethora of beautiful background options both inside and outside. The venue paired with their maroon-inspired decor was a stunning combination. These two did it right. They were two of the kindest people I have ever photographed. I really enjoyed spending their special day by their sides.
