Garden-themed backyard wedding
This sweet couple, who recently moved from Bangkok to Bali, shares a passion for travel. They decided to get married in the Lehigh Valley because this is where Andy grew up and where their friends and family are. That is just one of many ways that these two were incredibly thoughtful about their wedding. They were willing to travel over 8,000 miles to include those who matter the most.
They eloped at the Archibald Johnston Mansion in a quiet park. With just a few family members by their side, Andy & Tsutomu exchanged vows that were simple, heartfelt, and perfectly them.
They continued the celebration at a backyard garden reception where their closest friends and family gathered in floral prints to celebrate them. They were clearly beloved by their people and rightfully so as they are pretty great! Haha. Travelers at heart, Andy & Tsutomu wove little touches from their life abroad into the day. They made a passport with customized stamps of all the places they've explored together. It was truly a unique touch. The garden-themed party included delicious food by Simply Smooth and creative handcrafted drinks served by the lovely Beth at Hausbar (seriously—I didn't even know a matcha martini was a thing!). The look came together with gorgeous florals from Mark Kintzel Design and the eclectic mix of chairs from Fox & Finch. And of course, I have to give a shout-out to the ladies at Sincere Event Co. for keeping everything flowing smoothly behind the scenes.
This night felt effortless—laid-back and intimate, yet overflowing with joy. I am thankful that I got to be there to capture it and meet so many wonderful people. Congrats, Andy & Tsutomu! I am so happy for you both. Love you guys!
