Hotel Bethlehem Wedding
If you asked me what my dream wedding to photograph would be this wedding would be it. Give me a gorgeous, laid-back couple with awesome style who prioritizes photos and trusts my vision and that is a priceless combination to me. Not to mention a beautiful venue with lots of natural light, and amazing florals accompanied by stunning details. This wedding had it all. I loved Sarah & Lane. They were truly one of the most relaxed couples I've ever gotten to work with.
When Sarah first inquired she told me they were getting married at Hotel Bethlehem but didn't mention which room their wedding would take place in. I remember hopping on our consult call with my fingers crossed thinking "please let it be in 1741 on the Terrace". I've shot weddings at Hotel Bethlehem before and had always wanted the chance to shoot in this stunning room. Well you guessed it, they had booked 1741 on the Terrace for their intimate wedding! I could not wait to finally get to shoot a wedding in this stunning space and I truly think that their wedding was the perfect fit. Sarah's floral vision tied the room together with gorgeous displays, centerpieces and bouquets by Allium Floral Design. While were talking about details how about that CAKE? I gotta give credit to Cake & Corolla for creating one of the most beautiful wedding cakes I have ever seen. That thing is a masterpiece if you ask me haha.
Alright so I loved all of the wedding details but back to what matters the most, Sarah and Lane! When faced with typical wedding day challenges these two didn't even flinch. They were so laid back and calm. When I asked them if they wanted to go back outside for more photos after we had already taken most of their couple photos, they agreed not once but twice! I got to take them outside for three different photo sessions throughout the day and we used up every last minute of that glorious golden hour light. All the while they were happy to trudge through weeds and climb lots of stairs with me. They were just so wonderful. I cannot express how much I loved this wedding. Congrats again, Sarah & Lane. Thanks for making it easy. :)
