The Washington at Historic Yellow Springs Wedding

I was back at one of my favorite venues, The Washington at Historic Yellow Springs, for this lovely fall wedding. Leah and Ryan were so sweet and completely laid back. Leah hand-made all of the florals for the wedding and she did a great job. The ladies' bouquets consisted of fall flowers with an array of different orange tones which popped beautifully against their velvet bridesmaid dresses. Speaking of dresses, Leah's dress had beautiful lace sleeves and a bow that tied together in the back, it was so pretty. She was a stunning bride.

Leah and Ryan had their hopes set on an outdoor ceremony but Mother Nature decided to throw a wrench in the mix with some rain. They seamlessly transitioned to an indoor ceremony complete with an arch draped in a dark terracotta cloth and Leah's florals. Afterward, we were able to sneak away to get some outdoor couple photos even though it was still raining. These two toughed it out and we ended up getting photos at the ruins, gardens and even the gorgeous walkway. I am so grateful for couples that embrace the rain and still take outdoor photos! Overall, this was a wonderful fall-inspired wedding. Congrats, Ryan and Leah!
